Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Ready to Ship items are processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Ready to Ship Items
Ready to Ship items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
If alterations are requested, your order will be shipped within 7 business days after the alterations have been completed.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made and made-to-order garments require additional production time.
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the design, customization, and availability of materials.
Domestic & International Shipping
We proudly ship throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Free standard shipping is available on all Ready to Ship orders within Canada and the United States.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Silken Threads is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Silken Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather, or other events beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the package and the damaged item.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Silken Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges required for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
